Frete Mais Seguro – UX & UI Redesign
Redesigned the Frete Mais Seguro platform, improving user flows and usability after research on competitors and stakeholder interviews. Developed a new UI for external pages while enhancing internal experiences within backend limitations.
Overview
Frete Mais Seguro, a company specializing in freight and transportation, needed a more intuitive and modern digital experience. Over a one-month research period, including competitor analysis (e.g., Fretebras) and stakeholder interviews (one of them being my father, a truck driver), I identified key usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
Challenges & Approach
User Experience Optimization: Redesigned user flows for both truck drivers and companies, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient journey.
Technical Constraints: Due to backend limitations, a full UI overhaul wasn’t possible for internal pages, so I leveraged the existing system to create a more cohesive and user-friendly experience.
External UI Redesign: The landing and main pages were designed from scratch, with a focus on modern aesthetics, information hierarchy, and UX principles.
Design System Implementation: Established a consistent design system, enhancing usability while ensuring scalability.
Outcome
The redesign improved the platform’s usability, making it more accessible and efficient for both truck drivers and companies. By balancing technical constraints with UX best practices, I delivered a more seamless and engaging experience that aligns with the industry’s needs.
